Returns
Items can be exchanged only and returned under the following circumstances;
Received the wrong item. The item received does not match up with the details on the emailed order confirmation.
Not completely satisfied with the item received.
The full amount of the exchanged item will be credited to your account and you will be issued a coupon which can be used towards your next online order. Customers are responsible for shipping unless you received the wrong item, which Sparrow Handbags will then assume all shipping charges and provide a full credit.
How to Return an Item
Contact Sparrow Handbags, within 5 days of receiving merchandise, to claim a return at info@sparrowhandbags.com and include "item return" in the subject line. Also, please include a detailed reason for the return.
Item(s) must be in original condition, unused and with hang tags.
Returns must be received by Sparrow Handbags within 20 days of claim.
Credit will be issued once return is received by Sparrow Handbags.
Please ensure that item(s) are packaged safely or in the original box/package.
Order Cancellation If you decide to cancel an order, we require you submit your cancellation within 2 days of order placement and you will receive a full refund of the order amount. If you have not cancelled your order and the order has been shipped, you may return the item for a full credit. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
